Skater Skirt Craze

Hi everyone, it’s been a minute. Thank you for the feedback on the previous post about church fashion. No need to introduce my model as I already did in the last post.

Skater skirts have been in existence since time immemorial. The skirt is called the skater skirt as it is inspired by the skirts worn by female ice-skaters in the early 20th century.This number has exceptionally worn a soft spot in my heart.To the office, to a social event,dinner or lunch dates with your friends, yes you can style one formally or even casually .

It is a fun apparel that cinches your waist to create an illusion of a tiny waist, and flows from the waist downwards creating a voluminous curvy silhouette. It flatters and elongates the legs. Just a perfect number to flatter any figure or body type as it undeniably gives a feminine edge.

You can style it in different types of tops. From crop tops, turtle-necks, bodysuits the list is endless. I have figured from my own experience if the top fits perfectly ,the style is more flattering.



Cement the look with bold accessories or a dashing handbag and you are ready to face the day.
