Hope you have been well my dear friends and avid readers…I miss you so much and I always look forward to sharing with you. Since I discovered the A-LINE style …my life has literally changed. Most of you are familiar with this particular style also commonly known as Skater style. Be it a skirt or even a dress….am overly obsessed with this style….
Those who know me so well know that am a pants kind of gal. Shocked? I feel so comfortable in pants especially denim. Pants are so comfortable and come in handy to easily maneuver when I have errands. A-line Style has challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and politely disregard the pants while I embrace this style. My love for this apparel is also evident here. So my closet is slowly growing to more of this pieces.
They are characterized by their ability to nip that waist and a wider hem which flows to give a curvy silhouette. Nothing more feminine than this attire. A perfect timeless masterpiece that should not miss in a woman’s closet. The other advantage of this style is that it can perfectly suit any body type. Be it an hourglass, a pear or even apple body type. I have seen my plus size friends pull it so easy too. Same case to my friends who are petite.
A-line Style boast a tad higher versatility in that you can pull them in almost all occasions. To the office incorporate this style with an official blazer, accessorize with a scarf and you are good to go. To church get a decent bright colored or floral piece, a nice pair of heels and praise the lord in style. For lunch dates, picnics with friends grab your pair of doll shoes or rubbers for a comfortable look.
I wore my navy blue A-Line dress for a co-operate image consulting presentation. The fact that it is comfortable and a decent piece was a win for me.Effortlessly I managed to pull a chic, classy and edgy look. How do you rock your A-line pieces?
